How do I redeem an access code in my Thieme account?
Access codes enable you to activate Thieme products for online use. These codes are available from the Thieme Webshop for example, or are printed in many Thieme print publications. To redeem an access code, you need a Thieme account.
Here's how it works:
1. Click on the “Activate access code” link in your Thieme product (eRef, VetCenter, Osteothek, etc.) or log in to your Thieme account and click “Activate access code” on the home page.
2. Enter the access code and confirm by clicking the “Activate access code” button.
3. After a few minutes, the activated product will be displayed under “My Products.”
In our YouTube playlist “Einfach erklärt” you will find videos on how to redeem codes in our various Thieme products. The videos are in German, but you can turn on subtitles in your preferred language using the settings menu.
