What are the cancellation periods for learning and knowledge platforms?
The cancellation periods (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) for magazines differ from those for our learning and knowledge platforms. Here we have listed the most important ones.
License and termination conditions for the knowledge platforms MedOne, eRef, VetCenter, physioLink, ergoLink, Hebammen, Osteothek:
The annual license for use by up to 3 people in a solo or group practice may be terminated at the earliest at the end of the minimum term of 12 months, and thereafter at any time with effect from the end of the following month.
The annual license for use by up to 4–5 people in a solo or group practice may be terminated with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the subscription period.
Annual licenses for institutions/organizations have a notice period of 3 months to December 31. The latest possible termination date for the current calendar year is September 30. After that, the subscription is automatically extended for another calendar year.
License and termination conditions for Via medici
The monthly subscription has a minimum term of 1 paid month and may be terminated up to 15 days before the end of the month, for the first time with effect at the end of the minimum term. If it is not terminated, it is automatically extended for another month. The annual subscription has a minimum term of 1 paid year and may be terminated with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the term, for the first time with effect at the end of the minimum term. If it is not terminated, it is automatically extended for another year. After the first year, termination is possible monthly at the end of a month, with a notice period of 30 days.

The CNE single license has a minimum term of one year and may be terminated with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the term, for the first time with effect at the end of the minimum term. If it is not terminated, it is automatically extended for another year. After the first year, termination is possible monthly at the end of a month, with a notice period of 30 days.
All institutional annual licences of the rest of world can be canncelled with a notice period of 3 month to the end of the subscription period.
