- User purchased MedOne e-book, completed registration process, but didn’t receive activation e-mail.
- Login to Atypon and search for the user by e-mail address, and it is a good idea to also search by first name and last name, because users often use different email addresses.
- When you find user record, click the licenses tab, and view e-book(s). Most likely, you will see the user has done everything but NOT activated the final link.
- Activate the link in Atypon by clicking the activate button. This will turn on user access.
- Send the user an e-mail with the link to the book on MedOne and prompt them to login
